David Tripp
President/CEO

David Tripp; President and Chief Executive Officer

David has more than 30 years of leadership and consulting experience. He has served the last 8 years in a high level executive leadership position. In this position David has experience in leading an operational component and has been responsible for the training and professional development a large organization. Additionally, David has successfully lead many project teams, other specialized teams, and has successfully created and led change management initiatives. He has held board positions, including Board President. David is certified as a Master level instructor for the International Chiefs of Police and a valued part of their leadership curriculum design team. David is also a  Certified Coach through the Institute of Social and Emotional Intelligence (ISEI). 

 Marie Hansen JD, PhD, SHRM-SCP
Chief Operations Officer

Dr. Marie Hansen is also the Dean of the College of Business and the New England School of Communications (NESCom) at Husson University where she has been employed since 2003 in various leadership and teaching roles.  She holds a B.A. in Political Science from the University of Maine, a J.D. from the University of Maine School of Law, and a Ph.D. in Organizational Leadership from The Chicago School for Professional Psychology.  Additionally, she completed the Institute for Management and Leadership in Education at Harvard University, achieved Mastery level of Prior Learning Assessment through DePaul University, senior professional certification through the Society for Human Resource Management, and is a Certified Coach through the Institute of Social and Emotional Intelligence (ISEI). Additionally, Marie has Positive Psychology certification through the ISEI.   Positive psychology is the scientific study of character strengths that enable individuals, teams, organizations and communities to thrive.

Mark Holmquist
 Director of Training

Mark brings more than 25 years of leadership experience, including executive level leadership, to the WPI team. Mark also has a great depth of knowledge and experience in developing and leading highly cohesive and effective teams. Additionally, Mark is currently in the Army Reserves as a Senior Drill Sergeant with 21 years of service to our great Nation. Mark holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Behavioral Science and an Associates of Arts degree in Criminal Justice from the University of Maine at Presque Isle. Eighteen years after earning his degrees, Mark decided to pursue a Master of Science degree in Human Resource Management from Southern New Hampshire University. 

                Aaron Hayden
                  Consultant

Aaron brings more than 20 years of experience in the training, leadership, and consulting fields to the WPI team. Aaron has served the last 20 years in a large organization with much time spent in leadership roles, including high level executive leadership. Aaron also has many years of experience in leading large organizational units and has a proven track record and reputation of success. Through his own professional growth, Aaron has successfully directed project teams, created and managed liaison teams, and led organizational change management initiatives. Additionally, Aaron is experienced in behavioral science leadership development, change management, and delivering courses throughout North America.

 

               Kristin Tripp                                     Scott Quintero J.D.
     Youth Development Coach                                Consultant

Kristin graduated from University of Maine in Orono with a Bachelor of Science Degree in education. Kristin brings over 25 years of educational and leadership experience to the WPI team. Kristin has vast experience working with youth of all ages and has been recognized for her contributions to their development and growth.  Kristin has strengths in building alternative education based programs and working directly with at risk teens. Through these efforts, many of these teens have the necessary skills to enter into the adult world. Kristin is a  Certified Coach through the Institute of Social and Emotional Intelligence (ISEI) and specializes in youth development assessments and coaching. 

Scott Quintero graduated from Marlboro High School in Marlboro, New York. He obtained a B.A. in Political Science with a concentration in law from Manhattanville College in Purchase, New York. Scott graduated from Pace University School of Law with a Juris Doctorate degree in 2002 .  Scott worked as part of the White House Advance Staff, coordinating events and motorcades for the President of the United States, as well as the first and second families.  Additionally, Scott worked for several years as an associate attorney at several law firms in New Jersey including Hueston, McNulty, Mueller and Degonge; Buckley and Theroux; and Russo and Dellabadia.  Scott has a wealth of knowledge and experience in understanding and influencing human behavior.  Further, Scott has been responsible for the training and development of members of a large organization, including executive level leaders.
