Intensive Leadership Course
2 Weeks

Through attending this course, current leaders, future leaders, and members alike will gain the knowledge, skills, and abilities to better understand and influence organizational behavior. Each module builds off the previous one to create a system of learning. Executive level leaders who can take the time to attend this course will see a significant difference in their abilities and the possibilities of the organization.  

Executive Level Leadership Seminar   3 Day 

Our executive level course is designed to provide the experienced leader additional ways to address leadership challenges. Primarily we focus on the organization itself and explore ways to effectively and efficiently influence outcomes through several organizational dimensions. This course also serves as an overview of our 2-week program.

Middle Managers and Supervisors
3-5 Days

This course is flexible in design. Dependent upon the depth of experience and budget, we will tailor this course to allow mid-level members to gain maximum knowledge and skills that they can implement in their field immediately. Much of this course provides knowledge and strategies for developing and leading highly effective teams. 

Emerging Leaders 
3 Day

Our emerging leaders course is designed for those that have just become formal leaders or are about to. We understand as people move through an organization, they need development opportunities to evolve to the next level of thinking and practice. During this course, we will build on leadership skills and provide insight and strategies to further develop a global strategic perspective. 

1/2 Day or Day-long Seminars

WPI offers both 1/2-day or day-long seminars on specific or customized topic areas. If you have been experiencing specific human resource challenges, looking to enhance the skills of individuals in your organization (such as developing a Leader as a Coach), or just want to take a focused approach to developing your people, we can help! Our team has  great experience in crafting specialized education that will directly impact areas you choose. 

Professional Coaching

WPI provides a continuum of leadership training through coaching that leads to better relationships, decision making and emotional responses for the individual and/or group. 

A schedule for coaching individually and/or group is set based on individual needs identified through the use of Social and Emotional Intelligence Evaluations.  
The Social + Emotional Intelligence Profile (SEIP)® is the most comprehensive, statistically-reliable, scientifically-validated instrument on the market today. Based on over 10 years of research, the SEIP® identifies an individual’s social and emotional intelligence strengths and development opportunities. Based on the latest research in the field of social and emotional intelligence, the SEIP® four-quadrant model is the model used in 75 percent of Fortune 500 companies today.

The SEIP® measures the 26 competencies identified as critical in socially and emotionally intelligent individuals, families, teams and organizations. In addition to identifying areas of strength and areas for improvement, the instrument provides detailed descriptions of emotionally and socially intelligent behaviors when present and when lacking, as well as extensive suggestions for development, helpful for coaches, HR professionals and the individual receiving the results. The 78-item SEIP® is available online as both a self-report and 360 multi-rater format. Three versions are available: Adult, Youth (for ages 11 – 18), and Workplace (which uses business language). All reports are administered online, and results are immediately available to view online or download in PDF format.
